Hello Prithika,

Here are some ideas for visualizations that you can add to your dashboard:

1) Bar chart: You can create a bar chart to show the attendance status (Present or Absent) of students by course, institute, year department, study type, gender, or punch device place. This will give you an overview of the attendance patterns across different categories.

2) Pie chart: You can create a pie chart to show the proportion of students who are present or absent by course, institute, year department, study type, gender, or punch device place.

3)Table: You can create a table to display the detailed attendance information for each student, including their name, roll number, course, institute, year department, attendance status, date, study type, punch time, gender, and punch device place.

4)Line chart: You can create a line chart to show the trend of attendance over time by course, institute, year department, study type, gender, or punch device place.

You can start creating a visualization by dragging a visualization extension or a widget onto the sheet. You can also use containers to save space on your dashboard by quickly switching between tabs with different visualizations Please refer to this documentation for more information on this

  • Course-wise Attendance:

    • Bar chart comparing attendance percentages for different courses on each day.
  • Institute/Department Analysis:

    • Stacked bar chart displaying attendance breakdown by institute or department.
  • Gender-based Attendance:

    • Pie or bar chart showing attendance distribution based on gender.
  • Study Type Comparison:

    • Bar chart comparing attendance between day scholars and hostellers.

By the way besides this I prefer to use https://edusson.com/write-my-lab-report because here I found guys who write book report for me, this is very convenient and fast, because I am a teacher - this saves me a lot of time and I am very happy for this, because I actually have a lot of stuff to do and it is simply more comfortable.
