Autonumber Alternative

Hello All,

Is there any other way to we can achieve below condition. Because of the below condition the data reload is taking 9 hours. If I comment this condition the data is reloading within 5 minutes only. We are applying below condition by using resident table in that table is having 9lak records

Autonumber(TicketID,SerialID) as Sequence,

Can we achieve any other way please let me know
