Average in Pivot Table

Could you please help me on the below scenario.

I need to calculate Average Weight of the Site.

Need output. I used  the below formula and getting the right answer but the  site YYYY having (-) value. I need to display avg score on both of the site value.
=aggr(Sum(Score)/count(Score),ID)

Region	Sites	ID	Average Weight  Given by sites for all the region ( AS per ID)
A	XXX	1	47.5
YYYY	1	47.5
B	XXX	2	32
Original Data
Region	Sites	ID	Score
A	XXX	1	45
A	YYYY	1	50
B	XXX	2	32
