Background map issue

Hi, I'm using Qlik Sense 2023 version. In my qlik sense hub, created one app and add the map object. When I tried to download as image like png, jpg or pdf. I'm not able to see the map background image. 

After that I added the proxy comment in my printing config file in the below folder. 

C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Printing\printing.exe.config

<add key="webrenderer-no-proxy-server" value="false" />

<add key="webrenderer-proxy-server" value="http://proxyserver_name:8080" />

 These two things added, since we are using proxy in our organization. 

After that its working, but issue is first time when I'm trying is not working. But same way second when I tired to download its working and able to see the map ground image. 

Please suggest.

Hi @Jack_Guo I checked this article already, but didn't work. 

Issue is, first time alone not working but second time its working fine.

do you mean the "first time" is downloading the map as image without proxy server configured in the configure file, the result was map background failed to output?

And the "Second time" means after adding the proxy server info in the configure file, the  map background is able to output in the image/pdf?

Hi @Jack_Guo No. Before added proxy server configuration, Map background map issue not showing. 

After that I added the proxy in configure file (as per your mentioned link), "First time" the map background failed to output. "Second time" the map background is able to output in the image/pdf. 

Even after refresh the Qlik Sense, then first time failed and second time is able to output.

Hi @Jack_Guo Its working fine. Thanks. Issue is I have RIM node. I didn't update on the RIM node. so that one time is working and next time is not working.
