Bar chart: Null value on X-axis

Hi, you can see there is no data for part 2 and part 4. How can I get them to not show up in my chart?

I looked under 'appearance' and I tried 'presentation' and I could not find the options to eliminate null values.

Uncheck >> Show zero values
