Beginner's Usage guide for inputfield extension

Does anyone know of a link that provides a step-by-step guide to using 'Inputfield' function? I haven't been able to understand the syntax given in any of the references and videos I watched. Any blog that you think will help beginners right fro downloading the extension to importing it and using it will be extremely helpful.

I think you might have posted this question in the wrong thread since you are asking about Inputfield which is not supported by Qlik Sense - it is a feature of QlikView only...
