Building Qlik Model VS Loading data separately - QlikSense

Hi People

I have an requirement to build 10 dashboards / Sheets in qliksense. Total of 45 tables needs to be used to build the dashboards. There are two options which are being considered to load data in to qliksense. I need to know the advantages and disadvantages of both the options.

Option 1 - Load all tables in to qliksense and build qlik model to develop 10 dashboards in the same app.

Option 2 - Only load data required for the dashboard using sql script and develop 10 different apps for the dashboards 

Please advice me on the best possible option based on performance and other related measures.

Are you saying you need to create 10 Dashboards or 10 Sheets?

How these dashboards are inter-related?

What do you mean by this - "qlik model to develop 10 dashboards in the same app"

I need to create 10 sheets / dashboards in qliksense. 

Option 1 was to load all the tables in to a single qliksense app to build those 10 sheets and develop 10 sheets within a single app.

Option 2 was to develop 10 different apps by loading only the data required for the specific sheets by sql query.

Hi

See if all the sheets are interconnected, like you made selection in one sheet and corresponding to that selection, values reflect in other sheets. In this case, you need a single dashboard with 10 sheets.

If you will create 10 dashboards, it will be fast but applications will occupy space.
