Button Error Message "Failed to Lauch\Drive\name.pptx"

I created a button for users to open up a powerpoint presentation and it works for some users but there are about 1 or 2 users that get this error message "Failed to Lauch\Drive\name.pptx."  Any help would be greatly appreciated

How is the button set up?

Could be a issue with permission to the locations or PowerPoint not being installed?
