Calculation 2n Level Hierarchy

Dear Gurús, 

I'm reading a KPI from a table where in some cases I have values at an Organizational Level 1 of Hierarchy and independent values at Organizational Level 2 of Hierarchy, but I only want to calculate this KPI counting the results of Organizational Level 2 in order to avoid duplicity.

Any idea how can I calculate this?
