Calculation with filter

Hello all, 

So in my 'Total Units per Deals' 

my expression is: 

IF(ProductID=4
,COUNT({<[IsRetailDeal] = {1}, FinanceType = {'Cash', 'Finance'} >} DISTINCT Total LogID)
,IF(ProductID=9
,COUNT({<[IsRetailDeal] = {1}, FinanceType = {'Finance'} >} DISTINCT Total LogID)
,IF(ProductID=7
,COUNT({<[IsRetailDeal] = {1}, FinanceType = {'Lease'} >} DISTINCT Total LogID)
,COUNT({<[IsRetailDeal] = {1}, FinanceType = {'Cash', 'Finance','Lease'} >} DISTINCT Total LogID)
)))

Table looks like this: 

My question is, When I remove the filter selection off FIManagerName my value to changes to total for the group. I need to see ALL the FI managers and ONLY their totals not the whole group.
