Call a stored procedure

What is the easiest way to call a stored procedure from a sheet in Qlik Sense while passing in parameters?

I would like to use a button to allow the end user to kick off the procedure.

We were able to get around this without using a webservice.  We are using Microsoft flow to call the procedure.
