Can we edit the field values if an excel table is uploaded to Qlik sense?

Hi All, 

I have a query. 

I need an editable table in qlik sense. For this I use the manual entry option. But I have lot of apps. 

Is there a way in which if I upload an excel table, the field values and coloumn names are editable? 

Please let me know if this is possible.
