Cannot get to dev hub from desktop hub window

I opened Qlik sense, created an app, all was going well. Now when I open it I get the pic without the "create an app" buttons. How do I get  back to the bottom hub layout? There is no "dev hub" button to click.  Thanks

Seems like a screen resolution issue, the drop down menu has expanded and its in the far right

I was able to recreate this issue, too. The problem is when the window is made less wide some of the controls are reoriented an the buttons for the dev-hub and "Create new app." Additionally, there is a grey box at the bottom of the screen says "Getting started..." permanently. Maybe there is something preventing it from loading fully?

Quick fix, use the program on a big screen in full screen mode.
