Change bar chart hover color

Hi,

I want a bar chart that changes color whenever I hover over a particular category/time point.

Are there alternatives other than the SenseUI Bar/Combo Chart?

Reason asking is I could not get the extension to show in Internet Explorer, but it does work in Chrome.
