Color background with 2 columns

Hello dear community,
I'm trying to set a color background to a column depending of the difference between column (1) and Column (2)
Example.
If the difeerence between Column(1) and Column(2) it's more than 21 = Green
If the difeerence between Column(1) and Column(2) its between 20 and 10 =  Yellow

If the difeerence between Column(1) and Column(2) its under 10 =  Red

I would appreciate alot if someone could teach me how set this.

Hello i forgot to mention that i'm trying to set it into a table, something like that.

Column(1)	Column(2)
1	22(Green)
9	22(Yellow)
6	8(Red)
