Color by dimension change color scheme

Hi Qlik Community

I need to color a chart with specific colors but if I use the color by expression option I can get the desired colors on my chart but the legend disappears from my chart and that is a deal breaker. 
If I use color by dimension is there a way to change the default color scheme? Because if I select color by dimension the legend persists but I do not get my desired colors.

Hi Casper,

I think you could solve this by creating a Master-Dimension (providing you are using Qlik Sense or Qlik Cloud).

If you edit the Master dimension, you can assign a color to every individual value.
