Colouring master dimensions - legend values

Hi, 

I've coloured my master dimension using Qlik's value colours tab in master dimensions - I first set all values to be a single colour, and then picked out the ones I wanted to colour individually as shown below (due to too many values to colour individually in real dataset). However, even though colours are applied correctly, dimension values I didn't colour individually seem to have disappeared from the legend - is there a way around this issue?
