Create Log Application

Hi There 

We want to create log summary dashboard for each app.  

1. When script is succesfully run/ failed

2. Script run time. 

3. Number of records updated. 

4.  Script  run time start/ Script run time end.

5. Script errors if its failed.

I created this log application. Its working only for 1 App. How can I add multiple apps and multiple QVD ?
