Create a flag innthe script

Hi guys 

How do I create this flag, only all yes, so no ids which have nulls or no in them.

ID,STATUS

1,YES

1,YES

1,YES

2,YES

2,NO

3,YES 

3,

So only ID qualifies 

ID,flag

1,1

2,0

3,0
