Create a group of users and give access to a stream

Hello,

I need to create a group of users and give them access to a single stream.  These users will have no ADMIN Access and I don't want to assign a role to them. I also want to remove the ability for these users to create a sheet in the qvf file.

Is there a way to tag these users with a custom property or TAG and then create a security rule on the Stream?

Hi Michael,

It can be done through QMC .. once logged on go the Streams and create a stream like below :

and while assigning the tokens to the users you have the choice to assign the role or not and tag them into a group.

Hello,

I was thinking of creating a Custom Property (like UserAccess) and then assign the users this Custom Property.

I can then create a rule using this Custom Property to assign access to the Stream.

I can then automate the process by assign the Users this Custom Property.

Hi,

You can create active directory groups and then assign them to the streams..

we are still in the process of creating active directory groups so all of them are blank right now but we will follow the same route..
