Create range slider

Hi, 

I found this page which contains a visualisation that I need - namely a range slider.

I'm trying to install it but not sure where to start. 

I can go on the Qlik Dev Hub, and use a Basic Visualisation template.

That creates this extension with these files, but I don't really understand how to apply what's mentioned in the article to create that range slide they show.
