Creating Dashboard based on excel with multiple Dates

Hi All,

I am building recruitment dashboard based on attached excel data . I have Month date filter with EOD of month Date in dashboard. When i try to filter data its not working as my excel have 2 date fields Date Requested and date position filled. Can you help why filters is not working.

I am trying to create Total positions, filled positions, open positions based on Month filter.

If you want to display two date fields as one - and make a selection there - you need to create a separate canonical date. See https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Design-Blog/Canonical-Date/ba-p/1463578
