Creating Hierarchy and carrying field values to children

Hi,

I've created a hierarchy and wondering if it's possibly to carry down values from a parent to a child?

e.g. in the table below Field1-3 values could be added to the Level2 in the hierarchy?

Level1	Level2	Field1	Field2	Field3
ABC		Yes	Banana	Fish
ABC	DEF
