Creating Master Items in Qlik Sense Enterprise

Hello, I was thinking of creating a master item that I may reuse in the KPIs that I'm about to create. Although I have a user PDF guide showing steps on how to create master items, I can't seem to find the trigger for me to see this particular interface I see on the guide. I have attached here the interface I am looking for. May I know the steps on how could I get on this particular interface?

Please Click on the Master item as below

you will get the below screen.  click on create new you will get the screen which you are looking for.

Hi, thank you for your response. I also can't see that option on my master item. Is it possible that I can't see that view because I have limited user access? This is is what I see in my master item.

Yes. If your access is restricted then you cant create the master measures or dimensions.

I think I have a full access since my role is RootAdmin as indicated in screenshots I have attached here. If my access is not restricted, what do you think seems to be the problem?
