Creating Subtotal on multiple dimensions table

Hi All, 

My project has a requirement to have a subtotal of the Principal in SGD for each security type (in green box below).

Understand that subtotal is available for single dimension table but wondering if anyone know a workaround for multiple dimensions table? Do note that my table contains multiple dimensions and measures

Is it a must that you use table? Why not use the pivot table?
