What I would like to achieve is the following:

A	B	C	D	E
Name	BX1	CX	CX2	Data1
Name	BX1	DX	DX2	Data3
Name2	BX2	CX	CX2	Data2
Name2	BX2	DX	DX2	Data4

How could I achieve this in the simplest way?
