When iam trying to open the Application in qliksense production hub,I am getting this error.

Try open the app without any data. Then you can reload.

Iam in admin(fresher) so one of user facing that issue when he is trying to open it,He is not into developer.

Could you guide me with resolution steps ,so that i can guide him.
