Custom objects don't show

Hi, I'm new to QlikS and downloaded it in desktop, and even though it is enabled "custom objects" there is nothing there as shown in the image. Is it  related to the installation process or how can I have them?

 And one more thing, how can I change the language to English? my system set up is spanish but I want this app to show in english, is this possible?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
