Am having a problem downloading Reports.
If I select "Download" while I am in a Report, I get the message "Something went wrong, please try again"
A colleague of mine (has the same settings as me, as far as we can see) is able to download reports.
I used to be able to download.

Are you talking about Qlik Cloud or Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows(On-premies version)?
Also, can you download other report or your colleague can download the report you are having the issue with?

have you tried changing the browser ? also try changing the download location.

Different browsers have different options for changing download settings. Generally you can find this option under browser settings.

Hi all, I encountered the same situation. I have tried to use different browsers (such as Chrome, Safari ... etc) to download the reports from Qlik Cloud but failed. I have also allowed to accept the third-party cookie but it still not work as well. I have no idea what's wrong on my steps. Hope someone can help to provide guidance for me. Thanks.
