Specifying SQL Server Instance Name in Advanced Options for On-Premise Setup

I am working with Qlik SaaS and trying to set up a connection to my on-premise SQL Server. I recall that there's a specific spot in the advanced options where I need to specify the SQL Server instance name, but I'm having a bit of trouble finding it.
Can anyone guide me on where exactly I should indicate the SQL Server instance name in the advanced options? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
Qlik Cloud cannot connect to on-premise DB via analytics connectors such as SQL. If you want to connect on-prem DB, then you would need to use Data gateway Direct access (recommended) or a Data transfer tool.
