Data could not be loaded

When I tried to load data into an app, I get the following error:

There is nothing wrong with the files and they are in the correct file path, what could be the issue?

Hi @mike_zhang 

Have you tried loading the data from data load editor page

1.Check whether the file is been used by other  process or kept open,

2.check access  for the path
