Data transformation by filter

Hello

I Have 2 bases of data (2019 & 2020) containing some values that can be filtered by multiple criterias.

I would like to create a filter with yes or no - If yes is choosed all values from this 2 bases will be divided by 4.

Is it possible?

I have 3 bases in my BI.

*1 for expenses occurred in 2019 

*1 for Expenses Occurred in 2020

This 2 bases have multiples colums and informations.

4 colums of values (real, expected,  planned, planeed review) - This is the data i want to transform

* 1 for production volume in 2019 e 2020

The first 2 bases of expenses are in BRL (Brazillian Reais)

I want to create a filter that transform this 2 bases of expenses (2019 & 2020) in values/4.

Basically, i want that all the values that are in the 2 first bases of 2019 & 2020 (real, expected, planned and review) be divided by 4 (FX considered)
