Difference between 2 dates with 3 different results

I can not solve this problem I use excel but converting it to Qlisense language gives me difficulties

Can you help me ?

DATE 1 - DATE2 = (positif number) = ONTIME

DATE 1 - DATE2 = (NEGATIF number) = LATE

(IF DATE 1 <TODAY)- NULL =   REMINDER

(IF DATE 1 >TODAY) - NULL =  NEXT ACTION

With color expression 

ONTIME = GREEN

LATE = RED

NEXT ACTION = BLEU

REMINDER = ORANGE

for exemple ( here data  and color  reminder is missing)
