Display text in Qlik Sense

Hi guys,

I'm trying to display long text in Qlik Sense. I want to show the whole text, not hover over it and see the whole text. Which kind of table should I use?

I've tried Pivot Table, it can't show the text. I've also tried Table, the cells height can't be adjusted so can't show the whole text.

I don't think there is any option to play with cells height in QS native charts as the whole design is responsive and adjusts automatically based on content and available chart area.

Hi.

Under the Table you have under Presentation options to turn on Wrapping text in headers and cell.

Best suggestion I can come up with.

Hi Wanyun,

This is not something the Qlik Sense can do out of the box. However, if you are more technical, you can build custom extensions to do this!

Also, there is an extension that another user has build that you could use for your needs, but it would require some html coding: http://branch.qlik.com/#!/project/567836fd8703093925d91d03

Both alternatives are not the most time efficient. But if this is an important requirement for you, you can definitely do so!

I don't know what to say? I just took that screenshot on an object from Qlik Sense Desktop February 2018 also double checked it wasn't a extension object.

Are you sure you are on the right version? This is the one I have:

Go to Qlik.com and re-download it? I don't know what else to suggest 😕
