Displaying two alternate state measures.

Hello,  Please see the graph below. 

I need to know if there is a way to display both measures in the chart as an alternate state but only display the blue measure as the normal measure that is displayed when the chart is first opened?

 If I add both measures to the alternate state it only lets me select one at a time. I can't figure out a way around it.
