Document CALs

Does a document need a CAL?

If I have 10 users with Document CALs and they have access to two documents, will I need 20 or 22 Document CALs?

Hi, 

To answer your question, YES. 

The Document CAL is linked with one user one document, so if one needs multiple document access, look for the User CAL license.
