Hello,
I am trying to create a table with tasks and would like to have the end user to be able to prioritize the task as they see fit then write it back to the data source. For example, if I have task 1,2 and 3 but the user think that task 3 should be at the top of the list in regards to priority then they can drag the item with the row of data to the top and that would changes the priority of the task 3 to 1 and this would writeback to the data source. Not sure if this is possible in Qlik Sense and what type of table would allow me to do that, any advice is appreciated thank you!
Qlik Sense does not have writeback functionality, but there are plenty of extensions you can use which do offer writeback (or you could create your own). You should be able to find them with a web search.
If Qlik Application Automation is relevant for you, you might want to look at https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Make-your-Qlik-Sense-Sheet-interactive-with-...

Drag-and-drop reordering is not natively supported in Qlik Sense tables, and implementing writeback functionality usually requires an external approach.
A practical workaround is to use editable input fields such as priority numbers or dropdowns to let users update the task order. Solutions like SenseOps Writeback can help capture these changes and write them back to the backend data source in a more controlled and manageable way. Know More>>
