Elapsed Time error

I am trying to add data in Qliksense, but i'm getting the elapsed time error. Why elapsed time error is coming?

is there any way to solve this?

It appears that problem is linked to data connection. Can you check if all connections are proper?

Ya i have checked.....

I am able  to load data in qliksense after multiple trails....but i just want to know the exact reason for that error...i think qliksense admin knows about this....
