Does the app use section access perhaps? There's another thread that looks similar here:

Either you don't have access to the Qlik Server or the Qlik stream where the app has been published.
Now, if you're sure that you have access to both, then the app probably has section access, and somehow your organization IDs (USERID) is not matched. Hence, you're unable to access the app.

Thanks for your quick response. I do have access permissions. I close the error and I can enter to the app.
The next time, when I enter to the app I get the same error.
the same thing happens to other users as well.
Could it be something related to the Stream permissions?

That's a section access error. Check the app's SA, it might be badly written.

		Hi @Daniele_Purrone ,
Can you share any link or Knowledge base article where the list of these error codes & their description is listed down ? It will be very useful for us to debig such issues.
Regards,
Rohan.

Can you please elaborate on badly written SA? Is there a structure/process that should be followed? And/or pitfalls to avoid?

Seems like a bad UI to just give an error code and not further information so that you have to go Google it, in my view.

@richardwilde : I won't object to that. 🙂 Please, make sure to provide your input about better ways to display errors on the ideation page.
