Error listeners must be a function

Hi ,

I am facing a problem in Qlik Sense when I access qlik sense apps with secure login https://publicIP/hub/ than it is accessible but with http://publicIp/hub/ I get listeners must be a function error.

port 4248 open

checked  allow http
