I faced this issue as well. Restarted the repository database service and that solved my issue.

Are you using section access ?

I faced the same error trying to replacing an existing app.

Other App on the same node is being replaced with no errors.

Currently I'm struggling to find the root cause of this issue.

I'm using version 2.1.1

i can also able to replace another app. but one app is getting error.
