Excel structure problem

I would like to know if it is possible to get better structure on Qlik. The initial format excel its very difficult to read.

I Attached an Excel example where I show you the initial Format vs What I want to get in Qlik.

Thank you for your reply, All cases are about QlikView, In my case is about Qlik Sense.

In regard to the data-model + script and the logic to load and handle the data are QlikView and Sense mostly the same - so you could apply it in the same way.
