Exporting Filtered Data from Qlik Sense Chart to Excel with Products in Separate Columns

Hello Qlik Sense users,

I am facing the following issue and struggling to find a solution:

After applying filters on a sales revenue chart (e.g., selecting products like books, notebooks, and pens), the chart only displays the sum of the selected products, and when exporting to Excel, the data appears in a single column. My goal is that when exporting to Excel, each product appears in its own column for the selected date range. For example:

  • Sales for Books in one column,
  • Sales for Notebooks in another column,
  • Sales for Pens in yet another column.

What solutions do you suggest for this? How can I ensure that when users select different products, each appears in its own column, and the format is maintained when exported to Excel?

Hi,

You can maybe provide a Pivot table (with product in column). If you download your data from the Pivot Table to excel it should look the way you want.

I know this solution, but the dashboard only consists of charts, and I cannot add a table.

is the use of NPrinting possible?

NPrinting could create a custom Excel report where each product is placed in its own column and send it to any mail.
