Hi Team,
I have installed Qlik sense Desktop with authentication with SAAS. getting below error
"Failed to open the selected hub" but the same credentials is working fine with qlik cloud version.
Please help
Hi @Pranali, can you make sure that you have the latest version of Qlik Sense Destkop? That's currently a requirement when authenticating to the Cloud.

any chance that you might be behind a proxy, or anything blocking the communication when not coming from a recognised internet browser?
I'd recommend checking into the logs (in the "My Documents" folder for the user, then ..\Qlik\Sense\Log) and also seeing if you can gather any useful information using the Developer tools, accessible by right-clicking:
