Filter and dimension search drop down issue when there are 9 distinct values

Hello, I have a data field that has 9 distinct values. The dimension search drop down in the Data table object shows 8 values only and the vertical scrollbar does not show up. When the field has 10 values, the vertical scrollbar then shows up. This same issue is seen in the Filter Pane object. If the Filter object shows the field name only, the drop down shows 8 values only and the vertical scrollbar does not show up. 

I could re-size the Filter Pane object size so it shows at least one value so our users can scroll to see the 9th value, but I can't find a workaround for the Search drop down issue. This confuses our users and they think the report is wrong. I'm attaching a couple screen print and a sample app. 

Did anyone experience similar issue and how to fix it? Thank you.

@ML-IL  Not sure what is issue here, but scroll bar comes only when you try to select any value from drop-down. If you hover over any value of the drop-down, you will get a scroll and you can select 9th value. This is default nature of any filter.
