Finding difference of 2 date/time fields that contain UTC Offset

Hello All,

I am trying to find the difference between an OrderDate and ReceiveDate in minutes so I can graph the avg difference by time of day. I understand the way to do this is by using "interval."

What is making this more difficult is that the date times are in the following format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss[.FFFFFFFFF]-HH:MM

Does anyone have pointers on how I can get Qlik Sense to understand my format is a date/time?

Thanks,

Greg
