Fixed Bubbles on the map

Hi team,

I would like to show a map with figures in every location. I can do it with the legend using the mouse but I need to see every figures without mouse because I want to take a photo for Power Point.

It is possible? Other choices?

yes in the layer settings 

under general you can set the label display
