Garbage Error

Hi All,

I have an unusual query. After a recent reload some of our Fields have started to produce the following error.

We have determined that it occurs in any field that has a space in its as below in the picture. This error did not occur previously and has only just appeared.

Any thoughts on what may have caused/causing this?
