Get first row number from that return from aggr()

Hi, 

Is it possible to get the first NO of Sum(Aggr(if(Value = Max(Total<ID>Value), 1, 0) , ID, No))

ID	No	Value
1	1	11
1	2	30
1	3	30
2	1	40
2	2	40
2	3	10
3	1	10
4	1	10

This is my expect result.

ID  Max  Count No

1   30       3         2

2   40     3           1

3     10    1           1

4   10     1            1
