Hi Chanchal,

Have you tried debug your URL?

I mean, does your link work through a simple browser?

I think the problem could be at the link.

Is your FTP source a real FTP? Or FTPS? SFTP?

Hi Chanchal,

I tried a simple a ftp connection is applicable through web file connector.

I think if you copy the link, which is used by browser it should be work.

I don't know what could be a problem.

Hi Chancal,

I don't see any attached screenshot. Where should I search it?

SFTP and FTP isn't the same (and FTPS are 3 different protocol), it is Secure File Transfer Protocol.

I think for SFTP you need a special connector to read data from it.

The QvSource offers an SFTP connector, browse it's webpage,

http://www.qvsource.com/Connectors-For-QlikView/SFTP-File-Transfer-Connector-For-QlikView

I assume, when you open SFTP through browser, there are tools, which are installed on your computer, and allow it. The SFTP connection isn't capable native by windows.
